Hi there. Today I updated Firefox to the latest version: 43.0.3. Alas, Norton Toolbar & Norton Identity Safe were nowhere to be seen. I followed the directions to run LiveUpdate in Norton, close all programmes, restart my computer, load Firefox, go to the menu, thence to add-ons & click on Norton Toolbar to enable it if it was grayed (sic) out.

Yesterday, again it was no longer possible to open the identity safe although the Auto Protect feature was unaffected. The recommended fix does not work and I still have no access to the safe, except now I cannot see the Safe Login Server. Someone at Norton needs to start testing changes thoroughly before releasing them on their customers. I was able to get Identity Safe to work with Chrome as follows: I disabled the Identity Safe extension I was using, version 1.xx - which stopped working with Chrome. Then I searched for Norton Identity Safe in Chrome extensions and added the later extension version which is version 5.0.0.347. It works a bit differently but it does work.
